As you surely know, People Tree have just launched their 2010 Autumn / Winter Collection, available for purchase on the official website. Now the ‘icing on the cake’ is the once with the first official press report, an exclusive interview about Emma’s recent trip to Bangladesh has popped out too. If we tell you that more People Tree promos are out as well, we might be talking about an supreme dessert!:)

SAFIA MINNEY What has been your experience of Bangladesh?

EMMA WATSON I wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. I was expecting it to ber very busy, and hot, but the first thing that really struck me was the noise, and the traffic!
Our journey from the airpoort was unlike anything I have ever experienced: no one sticks to the lanes; everyone constantly beeps their horns and generally ignores traffic lights! Soon after arriving we visited the slums in Dhaka where the garment factory workers live.
Again, I had some preconceived ideas but nothing prepared me for the reality. It was upsetting to see the conditions in which these people live, but I was incredibly moved by their spirit and friendliness in spite of such apparent adversity.

What should we start with? As you surely know, Emma tweeted earlier this week that she will be in New York City these days for a short ‘Deathly Hallows’ promotion (and Warner Bros. has additionally confirmed that it’d be just for magazine features). And so it was, as a tiny preview of Emma’s appearance in the up-coming Entertainment Weekly’s Fall Movie Preview Special has already surfaced, along with a lovely picture of her so-discussed new haircut. Check it out for yourselves:

Emma has also updated both her Twitter and Facebook with a close-up of her gorgeous pixie cut, first impressions of her new look, as well as how she felt while chopping her old (and nostalgically beautiful) hair off! She was also recently spotted in West Village, NY, confidently showing off her new do!

“Oh my God, it was the most liberating thing! The stylist just grabbed the back of my hair and took a whole ponytail of hair out. It felt amazing. I love it.”

“I missed all that experimentation that most teenagers go through,” she says. “I’ve wanted to do this since I was about 16, so as soon as I had the chance I was like, ‘Right. This is it.’”

We know must of you are still surprised, but it’s just one of those things that need some time to get used to. We’re sure you agree that Emma is naturally beautiful and the length of her hair could not change that.

Not entirelly sure if this is for a promotion, a holiday or just another brief business trip, but Emma is currently in Thailand, after she was spotted the Koh Samui Airport yesterday night. A new trailer for the up-coming “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” has been released during last Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards. To our great delight, the clip contains many impressively unique sequences, most of them never before seen. Emma was nominated for “Best Female Performance” but had lost against (somehow expectedly) Kristen Stewart. However, we do wish to sincerely congratulate Tom Felton, for triumphing in the “Best Villain” category. As we all know, Emma did not attend the fancy event last week-end, but nonetheless, she was spotted at the New London Theatre in London yesterday, alongside her former Burberry Prorsum co-star George Craig (who’s also the lead singer in One Night Only, whose latest video features Emma). Though the school year at Brown is never facile, Emma manages to handle both conscientious studing and free time fun. She’s been spotted attending the Florida Panthers – New York Rangers hockey game, along with her (possible) new boyfriend, in New York City, this weekend (October 21st). We must say that she looks happier and brighter than ever! You can view the first high qualities below:

Not much news, as we’re still trying to catch up with everything we missed in the past few weeks. Mostly gallery related updates: we’ve added the only so-far-released advertising poster of People Tree’s Spring / Summer 2010 collection (considered Emma’s fashion designing debut), high qualities with Emma spotted heading out of London’s Heathrow airport, on September 21st and, obviously, lots of new stunning photos from the Burberry Prorsum Fashion Show (September 22nd):

Also, 3 new outtakes from this summer’s Entertainment Weekly Magazine photo session with the trio have surfaced. We’ve added them to the gallery, courtesy of Canon Love. Last but not least, we must not forget to point out that “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” has successfully won two awards during Spike TV’s Scream Awards: Best Ensemble and Holy (Crap) Scene of the Year. The ceremony will air on Spike TV, on October 27th. Don’t miss it!

Emma has recently updated her official website, discussing the upcoming school year at Brown University, as well as the slightly out-of-the-way rumours concering her arrival in the US. Read it here or below:

I know, according to the papers I was definitely attending both Columbia and Yale but I’ve finally arrived at Brown University and while I wish that I could be in three places at once I wouldn’t believe everything you read! I arrived on Tuesday and I’m having the most amazing time. I’m still so excited to be here. I’ve already met so many incredible people. I’m over my jet lag and now I just want classes to start!! Hope you are all well and happy, and if you”ve just started college or university that it is everything you hoped it would be.

Oh and contrary to the reports you may have read, I didn’t arrive by helicopter . I’ve only been in one once when I was little and I was terrified. Now back to my studies! Speak soon.

Hi everyone. Iza’s back in business and on the point of delivering another catchy news update. Let’s not linger and proceed. As you all know, Emma is currently getting ready to start university, according to many sources, at the end of August. This definitely means that the appearances, shootings, interviews and other such ‘delights’ will be less present than before, but I’m sure we’ll have plenty of candids.:d

Talking about candids, the paparazzi have recently spotted Emma and her boyfriend, Jay Barrymore, taking a walk on the streets of London. High qualities have been added to our gallery, thanks to Celebutopia.

EmmaWatsonOfficial has also been updated with a new e.m.s.these days, in which Emma talks about the craziness during the ‘Half-Blood Prince’ promotion last month (which seems to never end!) and her return to the Leavesden Studios, for ‘Deathly Hallows’. Read it here or below:

Emma is currently featured on the cover of Australia’s Girlfriend Magazine, for the September edition. The upcoming issue is not yet available, but you can see a preview of the cover on the official website and, of course, in our gallery. Also, thanks to SnitchSeeker, we know that the soon-to-be-released Sorcerer’s Stone and Chamber of Secrets Ultimate Collector’s Blu-Ray Editions, contain in their special ‘Creating The World’ / ‘Creating The Characters’ features, the original audition tapes of Emma, Rupert and Daniel.

David spoke about the special collector’s editions of the Harry Potter DVDs, most notably the extras, including audition tapes for Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint), and Hermione (Emma Watson), which will be released with Sorcerer’s Stone. He said he may put Evanna Lynch’s audition for Luna Lovegood in the DVD set for Order of the Phoenix; and Jessie Cave’s improvised screen test with Rupert Grint in the Gryffindor common room for Half-Blood Prince.
